Xipu Campus

Southwest Jiaotong University’s Xipu Campus, the chosen venue for WCRT 2025, offers a blend of historical significance and modern infrastructure. As SWJTU’s largest campus, it provides state-of-the-art congress facilities, including a spacious main auditorium, well-equipped parallel session rooms, a dedicated exhibition space, and comfortable networking areas.

Shuttle Bus Service

For your convenience, daily shuttle bus service will be provided between the Crowne Hotel & Holiday Inn and SWJTU Xipu Campus.

Detailed Schedule

Day 1

  • Morning: hotel to venue – meeting point: 8:30 am
  • Afternoon: venue to hotel

Day 2

  • Morning: hotel to technical visit locations
  • Noon: technical visit locations to venue
  • Afternoon: venue to hotel

Day 3

  • Morning: hotel to venue – meeting point: 8:30 am
  • Noon: one bus return to hotel; the other bus to panda base
  • Afternoon: hotel bus to airport (first group)
  • Evening: panda base bus to hotel, then to airport (second group)
